Prices are in euros. Solo includes VAT, because a price shown to an individual has to; business prices are quoted net.

The parts people ask about

How is a seat counted?
A seat is one member of staff of your organisation. A staff member working on six projects is one seat. A guest on six projects is zero. The basis is membership, not activity — it is never “per active user”: we do not measure whether someone logged in this month, and your bill does not move because they did.
Who is a guest, exactly?
Clients, suppliers, contractors, auditors and reviewers — anyone invited from outside your organisation. They are free, never counted, and uncapped. Nothing in the product shows a guest count, a guest cap or a collaborator meter. Promoting a guest to staff is the only membership action that changes what you pay, and it shows the price difference before you confirm.
Why is the Plus licence one purchase instead of five?
Because the modules read each other’s data — you cannot sensibly buy Risk without Budget. One licence is one extra line on the one invoice. Risk, Quality and Change Control are not part of it: they are included in every paid seat.
What happens if we stop paying?
The organisation becomes read-only, not locked out. Every screen loads and every export works. Nothing is hidden and nothing is deleted. A lapsed Plus licence behaves the same way: that module’s data stays readable and exportable, with one fourteen-day notice offering the export.
One invoice or several?
One. One customer and one invoice per organisation: 46 staff is one seat line at quantity 46, never a second subscription. Plus licences are a further line on the same invoice.
Can we change currency later?
No. EUR and CHF are two independent price lists, never converted at a runtime exchange rate. Your currency is fixed at your first invoice. It defaults from your billing country and is stated before payment.
